Introduction

Ganesa Purple Chip is one kind of home industries especially in Pacet, Mojokerto. Ganesa Purple Chip focuses in producing purple chip. Firstly, as the traditional food from Mojokerto, this products can be used as a gift from the trip to Pacet, Mojokerto. After seeing the sales improvement of Ganesa Purple Chip, this company has a purpose to increase the sales not only is in Pacet, but also outside of Mojokerto.

Ganesa Purple Chip needs a strategy to fulfill the consumer need and wants, and also to get sales profit/margin. It is related with the marketing strategy that will be used by the company, it is a part of marketing mix or “four Ps”.

The second element is quality of services, this products can be used as the gift from the trip to Pacet, Mojokerto and as the snack at free time. Talking about physical qualities, this products have many kinds of Purple Chips. They are banana chips, cassava chips, and sweet potatoes chips. So, the consumers have choice to choose the taste that they like.

Price
Talking about pricing, Ganesa Purple Chips uses the penetration pricing to get the market share of this products. Besides, Ganesa Purple Chips also uses promotional pricing. For buying at least 5 packs, the consumers will get 1 pack free. Ganesa Purple Chips should consider the product life cycle of this products, because sometimes the consumers feel bored with this products and to ensure that its pricing remains competitive.

Place
Place refers to how I can distribute this products, so the consumers will be easier to get the products. Besides, it is related with the strategy of distribution. I use three level structure, it is producer – retailer – consumer.
Talking about Customers Purchasing Behaviors and Pattern of this products, the Consumer wants the different taste of Cassava Chips. So, Ganesa Purple Chips makes the many kinds of Cassava Chips. Besides, this products can be used as the snack in the free time, so as the producer I should have the strategy to make the consumer enjoy the chips which is easy to bring and has the simple packaging.

Promotion
Promotion is how I can persuade the consumer to choose my products and to make the consumer will be interested. I have to choose the best promotional stategies that reflect the lifestyle of its consumer. So, to promote this products I use pull strategy. I use blog, internet (website), brochure, and name card.
